From day one, PROLOGA gives you a reliable point of contact to help you meet your responsibilities. Our trainees get help from apprentices or fellow students in dual studies, while part-time students get guidance from junior specialists and experienced colleagues.

Mentoring program


As part of our mentoring program, you’ll have a mentor from day one. This person will be your main point of contact for anything related to your role at PROLOGA. They’ll be there to offer guidance on both professional and personal issues. Just a heads-up: All our mentors are chosen because they’re genuinely interested and committed to the role. This approach helps us create a positive and collaborative work environment. If you and your assigned mentor aren’t a good fit, we’ll find you an alternative mentor right away.
