Junior IT-Administrator (m/f/d)

Your mission

Your role is pretty diverse. You'll be giving advice on hardware and software purchases, putting together entire networks, and installing them. But that's just the start! Your daily task is to keep our IT systems up and running, fix any problems that come up, and make sure everything works reliably. You're not just an expert on Windows and Linux systems, but you're also the go-to person for local Active Directory and our M365 environment. Your technical know-how is in demand—from managing virtualized servers to working with colleagues from software management, EndPoint management, or the network team (VPN, firewall, switching).
But that's not all. As an IT firefighter, you not only solve urgent problems in 1st and 2nd level support, but you also make sure that future errors don't occur in the first place. Your job is to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll use your knowledge of data backup (VEEAM) and network administration. And since IT is about more than just technology, we also train and support our colleagues so they can use their tools safely and effectively.

Your profile

We'd love to have someone on our team who has completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or has comparable training or relevant professional experience. You also know your way around M365 (Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and local Active Directory environments. You might also have some experience installing and administering Windows (client and server) and Linux systems, as well as knowledge of IT support and networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall systems). You're responsible, customer-oriented, and a great team player with a hands-on mentality and the drive to get things done.
