Your mission

Are you an experienced professional who loves transforming complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation? As a professional in the field of documentation and test management, you play a central role in our company, and we couldn't be more excited about it! Your work is vital to making sure our products are used and understood by everyone who needs them!

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to create and continuously update technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials. You'll also get to manage a central documentation repository and develop and maintain templates to ensure our documentation remains consistent and professional. You'll also get to carry out regular quality checks and ensure that our documentation meets the highest standards and best practices!

You'll also get to play a key role in making sure our documentation processes are always improving and up to date! You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to gather technical information and prepare it in a way that is understandable for different target groups. You will also get to develop training materials and tutorials to help both our customers and internal teams get the most out of our products.

You will monitor changes to our software and ensure that the documentation is adapted accordingly. You always keep track of multiple projects and set priorities to achieve the goals on time. Your strong organizational skills and experience with agile development methods and processes make you a valuable member of our team.


Your profile

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in creating technical documentation, ideally in the field of software development or IT. If you also have experience working in a team and can work effectively with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization, we'd love to hear from you! Your graphic design and image editing skills will be put to great use creating meaningful diagrams and illustrations for the documentation.
